The Supreme Court will hear a suit in which Mexico claims that U.S. firearm companies’ business practices have aided and abetted gun trafficking to the cartels, proximately harming the Mexican government.
Due to the continued trafficking of drugs into the United States, President Trump said that 25 percent tariffs are scheduled to go into effect against Canada and Mexico today. An additional 10 percent tariff is being set on Chinese goods as well.
As the Lord Leads, Pray with Us…
- For discernment for President Trump as he addresses the joint session of Congress this evening.
- For the justice of the Supreme Court to be prudent as they hear the case against U.S. firearm companies.
- For wisdom for the president and his advisors as they seek to reduce the influx of drugs by levying tariffs and duties on neighboring nations and China.
